The coat hangers cabinet with mirror Mata and Grifo, created by the genius respectively of Antonio Aricò and Elena Salmistraro, are a tribute to the decorative side of altreforme. The two creations are inspired to Mata and Grifone, said to be founders of Messina in Sicily, and represented by huge papier-mache sculptures in occasion of the city patronal feasts.
Two “giants”, in name and in fact, ready to meet all possible furnishing needs: mirrors, coat hangers and artworks at the same time. Two polyvalent element, metaphors of altreforme extravagant and kaleidoscopic reality.
